A handicapped woman called Maria would like to work to be able to provide for herself. We gave her a financial impuls of €75 sothat she can buy material to make and sell mats
Because of her handicap her children help her. With the proceeds of the mats she can buy new material and generate an income.
Hanifa
The circumstances under which the blind woman Hanifa has to take care of her children are very difficult. She is very grateful for the support she receives from the Joanne Foundation.
By making and selling baskets and brooms she tries to contribute as well. We admire her commitment.
